Looking for great deals on PC games and hardware during the 2015 holiday season? Whether you live in the US or the UK, the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are all online. And Black Friday is finally here.
Amazon, Newegg, and more have thousands of PC parts and components on sale through Cyber Monday, from processors and graphics cards to hard drives and accessories. It can be overwhelming. The key to successful Black Friday shopping is sorting sales from actual deals. There will be a lot of junk on sale, and cheap junk is still junk. We've combed through thousands of deals to help you find the diamonds in the rough. These are the ones that are actually worth your money, and we're updating this post constantly with new deals.

Fallout 4: If you don’t have it already, this is likely your best BF price on a download version: £34/$51 on the Golden Joystick store. In the US, you can grab it for $45 on Newegg with code EMCKKNV229 (if you want a physical copy).
The Witcher 3: One of our favorite games of the year, on sale for £24.99 / $30 on GOG. 50% off. It's a can't-miss RPG.
Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide: A fun Left4Dead-style co-op game with great first-person melee combat. We gave it a 90. It's 20% off, or £18 / $23 on the Golden Joystick Store.
Shadow of Mordor GOTY Edition: The Tolkeinite Ork slaughterfest is on sale for £10.20 / $15.30 on Golden Joystick Store. 66% off!
Alien Isolation: One of the best horror games of the year. 75% off or £7.99 / $12.50 Steam. 
Rising Storm: A deep, tactical shooter and our favorite multiplayer game of 2014. Only $7 on Amazon.
Outlast: only $5 on Amazon.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3: A brand new COD, and already discounted! It's £33 / $43 on Green Man Gaming.
Cities Skyline: For those budding city builders out there, get 50% off this stunning sim. It's £11.50 / $15 on Golden Joystick Store
Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate: Definitely a step up from Unity, and less buggy on PC too. £30 / $38 on Green Man Gaming.
Star Wars: Battlefront: You're not going to see this one cheaper for awhile. £40 / $50 on Green Man Gaming.
Endless Legend: Our favorite 4X strategy game of 2014 and all of its DLC. Beautiful, with some RPG elements that weave in a bit of narrative. 66% off on Steam, or £15.29 / $20.39.
Galak-Z: An acrobatic space shooter roguelike, and one of our favorite action games of the year. 40% off, or £8.99 / $12 on Steam.
Lethal League: A bizarre mix of pong and a fighting game, with an awesome, pounding soundtrack. Best in local multiplayer. 66% off, a total steal at £3.39 / $4.75 on Steam.
All three Bioshock games (Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Bioshock infinite): Some of the best single-player FPS adventures of the past decade. Bundled for only $14 on the Golden Joystick store
Battlefield Bundle: A package which includes Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline, for your military or cops'n'robbers battling needs, is $25 on Amazon.
Heroes of the Storm is having an extended Black Friday deal: from November 24th to December 8th, all Heroes, Mounts, and Skins will be 50% off, a 360 day Stimpack will be introduced and deeply discounted, and a "Second Chance" bundle will make some older event skins available again. 
Fallout: New Vegas for $2.50/£2.50 on Steam is, technically speaking, not a Black Friday deal, but two bucks for New Vegas is worth knowing about.
South Park: The Stick of Truth, one of the best games of 2014, is $7.50/£6 on Steam.
Unmechanical, recently upgraded to the Extended Edition with a full hour of new gameplay, is 60 percent off on Steam—that's $4/£3.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Edition, including the Enemy Within DLC and all add-on content, is $10 on Gamersgate.
The Golden Joystick Store is offering 15% off on Fallout 4 as well as 50% off on Pillars of EternityCities: Skylines, and more.

US Hardware deals

Amazon has  a Black Friday hub filled with all kinds of deals, but we'll be calling out the specific ones you should keep an eye on.
Newegg has  a Black Friday hub up already, filled with all kinds of PC deals. Have at it!

PC Components Black Friday strap
Intel Core i7-4790K: a year-old CPU, but still a great, powerful high-end processor. It's $300 on Newegg, or 15% off, which is probably the lowest price you're going to see. It also comes with three free games, including the brand new Just Cause 3.
AMD FX-6300: A good entry-level AMD processor for a cheap gaming PC. Minorly discounted from its typical price of $100 at $90 on Amazon.
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G: Our favorite variant of our favorite graphics card, with a great cooler and overclock potential. It's $30 off, or $50 off with a rebate, and it comes with a free copy of Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Rainbow Six Siege. $320 on Newegg.
The SanDisk SSD Plus (240GB): a ludicrously cheap $60 on Amazon. It's not the fastest SSD around, but SanDisk is a reliable brand and this drive will hold your Steam library just fine.
The Samsung 850 EVO SSD (500GB): only $140 on Amazon, and it comes with a free copy of Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Yes, that's a 500GB SSD for basically a hundred bucks. Dang.
Corsair Graphite 380T mini-ITX case: An adorable miniature case with a built in handle! It's 43% off, but even cheaper with a rebate. $50 on Newegg.
Tek Republic TUH-300 USB 3.0 4-Port Hub: You shouldn't spend much money on a USB hub, so here's a cheap one. It's $9 on Newegg with the promo code EMCKCKA49
Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Extreme Performance liquid CPU cooler: A beefy 240mm liquid cooler for you overclockers out there. It's down to $100 on Newegg after a $20 rebate.
Rosewill Hive 750W power supply: A modular 80+ Bronze PSU from Rosewill, half price for Black Friday. $60 on Newegg.
Creative Sound Blaster Z sound card: Most of us just get by with motherboard sound these days, but if you want better sound or need to drive a pair of high-power headphones, you're going to want a sound card. Normally around $100, the Sound Blaster Z is down to $65 on Amazon.
EVGA is selling refurbished graphics cards and power supplies at up to 75% off, which means some great prices like $350 for a GTX 980 or $250 for a GTX 970.

PC Accessories Black Friday strap FIXED
Razer Deathadder: Our favorite gaming mouse is $39 on Amazon, down from its $70 MSRP. It usually costs around $55. This is the lowest price we've seen.
Mionix NAOS 7000 gaming mouse: a very comfy mouse with large pinky grip at its lowest price yet, $49.49 on Amazon.
Logitech MX Master wireless mouse: at its lowest price yet, $84 on Amazon.
Kingston HyperX Cloud II headset: The cheaper stereo HyperX Cloud is our favorite gaming headset, and the Cloud II was originally a bit too pricey for the addition of Dolby 7.1 surround. But it's now at the lowest price we've seen, $68 on Newegg.
Sennheiser GAME One headset: Sennheiser knows how to make a great headset. This one pairs their audiophile open-back cans with a gaming headset. Originally $320, it usually hovers closer to $200, but it's now on sale for $150 on Amazon.
JBL LSR305 studio monitor: Okay, these are serious speakers, not your average cheapo PC speakers. If you want some seriously accurate and powerful sound, the LSR305 normally goes for $150 per speaker, but is currently on sale for $99 per speaker on Amazon.
Blue Yeti microphone: our favorite desk mic for streaming and audio recording, on sale at its lowest price ever in a lightning deal. $75 on Amazon.
Xbox One wireless controller: The new version of the gamepad with a 3.5mm audio jack. $20 of, or $40 on the Microsoft store. Special versions like the Lunar White controller are also $40.
Xbox One wireless adapter for Windows: The new adapter is just what you'll need for using a wireless Xbox One controller on Windows. It's normally $25, but is $20 on Newegg with code EMCKKNV236.
Netgear Nighthawk X8 router: The "best high-end router over $300" in our recent router round-up can be had for $300 on Amazon, a $100 drop from its regular price.
Dell's Ultrasharp U2715H 27" LED monitor, featuring QHD resolution of 2560x1440, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 6ms response type, is going for $400 at Staples.

Laptops and systems Black Friday strap
ASUS ROG G751JT-DB73 gaming laptop: A great deal on a variation of our favorite gaming laptop, with a GTX 970 GPU, a 256GB SSD and a G-Sync monitor. It's discounted more than $500, or $1378 on Newegg.
Alienware 15 UHD: A beefy gaming laptop with a GTX 970, mobile Core i7 CPU, SSD and 4K screen. At its lowest price ever on Amazon, $400 cheaper than usual. It's $1600 on Amazon.
Intel NUC with Celeron CPU: It's no gaming rig, but this Intel NUC has plenty of power to serve as a miniature HTPC in your living room, if you need a box for playing and streaming video. A great price at $143 on Amazon.
A few full-system builders have announced their Black Friday deals. CyberPower PC, started its Early Black Friday Mega Sale, Origin PC has a Black Friday promotions page up, Velocity Micro has its Black Friday deals up as well, and iBuyPower has a large 'Thanksgiving Sale' (which we figure is code for Black Friday).
